Who we are

Pureed ("we", "us") is a South African children's brand. This policy explains how we handle your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). If you have any questions, contact us at hello@pureed.co.za.

Information we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number and shipping address. When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address. Payment is processed by Yoco — we do not receive or store your full card details.

We also collect limited, anonymous analytics (such as pages visited) to understand how our store is used and to improve it.

How we use your information

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates, respond to your enquiries, send you marketing emails where you have opted in, and comply with our legal obligations.

Sharing your information

We share information only where necessary: with our payment provider (Yoco) to process payments, with couriers to deliver your order, and with service providers who help us operate the store (such as email and hosting). We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights

Under POPIA you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, and to object to its processing or withdraw consent to marketing at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@pureed.co.za.

We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law, and we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.
