Refund Policy

Your rights to return, exchange or receive a refund, consistent with the South African Consumer Protection Act.

Faulty or damaged goods

In line with the Consumer Protection Act, if your item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, you may return it for a repair, replacement or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@pureed.co.za with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Change of mind

If you change your mind, you may return an unused item in its original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is for your account.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method via Yoco. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect once we have received and inspected the returned item.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be returnable unless faulty. Gift-wrapping fees are non-refundable.
