The terms that apply when you use the Pureed website and place an order.
Agreement
By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. They are governed by South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002 (ECTA).
Products & pricing
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to display products and prices accurately, but errors may occur; where a price is clearly incorrect we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you.
Orders & payment
An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed by Yoco and you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, illustrations, book content, logos and images — is owned by or licensed to Pureed and may not be reproduced without permission.
