Refund Policy

Pureed Refund Policy

Effective date: 1 December 2025

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains returns, exchanges, and refunds for Pureed products and works alongside South African consumer protection laws.

1. Change of mind returns

If you purchased a physical product online and changed your mind, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions:
The item must be unused and in resellable condition
The item should be returned in its original packaging where applicable
You must provide proof of purchase

For change of mind returns, return delivery costs are for the customer unless we agree otherwise. Original delivery fees are not refunded.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process an approved refund to the original payment method used via Yoco.

2. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

We will offer one of the following:
Replacement
Exchange
Refund
Store credit if you prefer

In these cases, we will cover reasonable return delivery costs and arrange collection or return guidance using The Courier Guy where applicable.

3. Printing variations

Minor variations in colour, paper texture, trimming, or print finish can occur and are not considered defects.

4. Refund timelines

Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the funds. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Reason for the return
Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

6. Promotions and bundles

If an item was purchased as part of a bundle or promotion, the bundle may need to be returned in full for a refund unless the issue relates only to a specific defective item.
