Pureed Shipping Policy
Effective date: 1 December 2025
This Shipping Policy explains how deliveries work for orders placed with Pureed in South Africa.
1. Where we ship
Pureed ships within South Africa only.
2. Courier and delivery method
All deliveries are fulfilled through The Courier Guy or a The Courier Guy approved service option selected by Pureed.
3. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed, unless stated otherwise on the product page or in a pre order notice.
Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays
4. Delivery timelines
Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier route. Typical delivery times are:
Major cities: 1 to 3 business days after dispatch
Regional areas: 2 to 5 business days after dispatch
Remote areas: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch
These are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including weather, courier network delays, or peak season volumes.
5. Shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or confirmed on your invoice or payment request before you pay. Fees depend on parcel size, weight, and delivery area.
6. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share your tracking details by email or WhatsApp where available.
7. Delivery address accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct. If delivery fails due to incorrect details, inability to contact the recipient, or no one available to receive the parcel where required, you may be responsible for any additional delivery or re delivery costs.
8. Delivery attempts and collection
If the courier is unable to deliver after one or more attempts, the parcel may be held at a The Courier Guy depot or collection point, depending on the courier’s standard process. If the parcel is returned to us, we may charge a re delivery fee to resend it.
9. Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening where possible and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist. Please keep the packaging for courier claims.
10. Incorrect or missing items
If your order is incorrect or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos where relevant.
11. Pre orders and special releases
If an item is a pre order or special release, dispatch timing will be communicated on the product page or directly to you. If your order includes both in stock and pre order items, we may ship them together once all items are available unless otherwise arranged.
