These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Pureed website and any orders you place through the site, WhatsApp, or payment links issued by Pureed.

2. Acceptance of terms

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

3. Products and information

We aim to display product information accurately, including descriptions, pricing, images, and availability. Product images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the final printed product due to print and screen variations.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in South African Rand unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed at checkout or on your invoice remains valid for that order.

Payments are processed through Yoco (our payment service provider). Your card or payment details are processed by Yoco and are not stored by Pureed.

5. Orders and confirmation

An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us and payment is received and cleared, unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

We may decline or cancel an order if stock is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If you have paid for a cancelled order, we will refund you.

6. Delivery

We deliver within South Africa using The Courier Guy.
Delivery fees and estimated delivery timelines will be shown at checkout or confirmed on your invoice or payment request.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, or operational constraints.

Risk of loss passes to you once the parcel is delivered to the delivery address provided by you.

7. Delivery details and failed deliveries

You must provide accurate delivery and contact details. If a delivery fails due to incorrect details, inability to contact the recipient, or no one available to receive the parcel where required, you may be responsible for additional delivery charges or re delivery arrangements.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, illustrations, designs, and branding, belongs to Pureed or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Reviews and user content

If you submit reviews, feedback, or messages, you grant us permission to use them for marketing purposes unless you ask us in writing not to. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, or misleading.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by South African law, Pureed is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
